Brewerytown Studio Renovation
Located in the heart of Brewerytown, this project focused on transforming a compact 450 SF studio apartment into a modern, comfortable living space. Our team was tasked with a complete renovation — a true gut job — to bring the unit up to today’s standards while maximizing functionality and style.
We reimagined the entire layout and provided the client with multiple design options to best suit their needs. The finished studio now features all the amenities essential for contemporary urban living, including a dishwasher, central heating and air conditioning, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Our scope of work included new electrical and plumbing systems, framing, flooring, LED recessed lighting, a fully updated bathroom, and a sleek new kitchen with custom cabinetry.
The result is a bright, efficient, and inviting space that perfectly blends modern convenience with Brewerytown’s historic charm. We’re proud of how this project turned out — a small space, redefined for comfortable city living.
