Coffee Roasters Lab
This project involved the transformation of a 10,000 square foot second-floor warehouse into a dedicated Research and Development facility for a coffee roasting company in the Port Richmond neighborhood. Working closely with the client and their internal team, we collaborated to design a space that supports productivity, efficiency, and seamless workflow.
The reconfigured layout includes seven private offices, a conference room, a laboratory, two restrooms, and a staff break area. The project scope encompassed selective demolition and complete interior build-out, including the installation of new framing, doors, windows, and energy-efficient LED lighting, as well as all new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems throughout the space. The result is a modern, flexible environment that balances functionality with comfort, tailored to support the client’s research and development operations.
