Fairmount Multifamily Renovation – Philadelphia, PA

In the vibrant Fairmount neighborhood of Philadelphia, we had the privilege of renovating three out of six units within a multifamily building for a valued investor. This comprehensive project aimed to modernize the living spaces and enhance the building’s overall appeal while preserving its original charm.

The interior renovations involved selective framing to reconfigure layouts, ensuring optimal use of space. We installed new electrical and plumbing systems to meet current standards and improve functionality. Each unit received a complete overhaul of the bathrooms and kitchens, featuring contemporary fixtures and finishes that align with modern living expectations. Additionally, HVAC systems were upgraded to enhance energy efficiency and comfort for future residents.

Beyond the individual units, we addressed the building’s exterior and common areas to create a cohesive and inviting environment. The facade was upgraded to improve curb appeal and reflect the updated interiors, contributing to the building’s revitalized presence in the neighborhood. We also renovated the shared hallways, incorporating modern finishes and improved lighting to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of the communal spaces.
