Project Description
Project Overview: Dual Apartment Renovation in Francisville
In the heart of Philadelphia’s Francisville neighborhood, we undertook a comprehensive renovation of two outdated and vacant apartment units, transforming them into modern, vibrant 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom residences. This project exemplifies our commitment to revitalizing urban spaces and contributing to the neighborhood’s ongoing development.
Each unit underwent a full gut renovation, replacing old steam radiator systems with updated electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to meet contemporary standards. We installed glue-down engineered flooring throughout, providing durability and a sleek aesthetic. The addition of in-unit washer and dryer facilities enhances convenience for future residents.
To offer distinct living experiences, we designed two different kitchen styles for the units, each tailored to complement the unique layout and natural lighting of the space. The abundance of natural light in both apartments not only highlights the modern finishes but also creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
This renovation aligns with the broader trend of revitalization in Francisville, a neighborhood experiencing significant growth and transformation. By converting dormant residential spaces into vibrant living units, we contribute to the area’s evolution and meet the increasing demand for quality housing.
