Northern Liberties
Located in the heart of Philadelphia’s Northern Liberties neighborhood, this project involved the renovation of three residential units within a single building, each with its own unique scope and design approach. Working closely with the owner, our team tailored the renovations to meet the specific needs and conditions of each apartment.
Two of the units required targeted cosmetic upgrades, including refreshed finishes, updated fixtures, and thoughtful design enhancements to elevate their overall look and functionality. The third unit, which had been vacant for several years, underwent a complete gut renovation. This full transformation allowed us to reimagine the space from the ground up, addressing structural needs while introducing a cohesive, modern design.
From concept through completion, collaboration was central to this project. By combining the owner’s vision with our design and construction expertise, we delivered three distinct yet harmonious living spaces. The result is a revitalized building that reflects the character of Northern Liberties and showcases the impact of carefully considered renovation work.
