Project Description
Brewerytown Restaurant.
Located in the heart of Brewerytown, this project was especially meaningful to our team. We had the opportunity to help a first-time restaurant owner turn a long-held dream into reality. The client initially leased a space that was only approved for takeout service, but his vision was to create a welcoming dine-in experience where patrons could sit, relax, and enjoy a full meal.
Our team transformed the space to support that vision from the ground up. The scope of work included the installation of a new aluminum storefront door and windows, construction of a fully ADA-compliant bathroom, and complete kitchen build-out—including all required equipment and a commercial hood range system. In addition, we guided the owner through the permitting process, securing approvals necessary to legally operate the restaurant and ensuring all completed work met city and code requirements.
Seeing the owner’s excitement on opening day made this project truly rewarding. Helping a small business take its first steps and become a part of the Brewerytown community is exactly why we do what we do.
