Art Museum District Townhome Renovation
Our team had the privilege of renovating a condominium in a historic building just steps from Philadelphia’s iconic Art Museum. This project beautifully merged contemporary design with timeless architectural character.
The residence underwent a full gut renovation — including subfloor leveling, new electrical and plumbing systems, and the installation of new walls, doors, windows, moldings, and hardwood flooring. A modern kitchen and bathroom were added, along with a private roof deck that offers residents an inviting outdoor retreat overlooking the vibrant Art Museum District.
In addition to the unit renovation, we refreshed the building’s common areas by installing elegant wainscoting, new stair treads, and updated railings, enhancing the shared spaces to match the building’s renewed charm.
Located in one of Philadelphia’s most desirable neighborhoods, this renovation not only elevated the home’s comfort and style but also contributed to the continued revitalization of the Art Museum community.
